DeClassic is a Downtown East shopping privilege card, for shoppers who frequent Downtown East. You will be able to enjoy flash card discounts from the tenant outlets and you will be the first to know and enjoy Downtown East exclusive benefits and deals.

How do I join as DeClassic member? |
| |

If you are a NTUC member, you can use your NTUC membership card as your DeClassic card, but you need to register yourself with us first before you can enjoy the Downtown East treats and rewards. Just proceed to the DeCard booth with your NRIC and NTUC membership card. If you are not a NTUC member, you just need to sign up with us and pay a one-time off registration fee of $5 and you will be able to enjoy the benefits and rewards.

Is DeClassic same as the regular DeCard membership? |

No, DeClassic is a shopping privilege card which allows you to enjoy the rewards and treats in Downtown East. DeCard Membership enjoys unlimited entries to the theme parks and preferred resort room rates + the same benefits as DeClassic.

Yes. Your NTUC Member benefits stay the same, in fact you just need to register your NTUC card at our Member Services counter and you can use your NTUC membership to enjoy DeClassic benefits.

For DeClassic, there is no expiry. But for DeCard membership and NTUC Membership, there is expiry dates.

What if I lose my card? |

For DeCard membership a card replacement fee of $10 applies, DeClassic, you will need to purchase another card for $5 per year (and we will void the previous DeClassic). For NTUC members, standard replacement card fee applies, please call NTUC hotline: 6213 8008 for more details.
