DeClassic membership will commence immediately upon successful payment / registration (NTUC member).

DeClassic Card will be issued ONLY to non-NTUC member upon submission of complete particulars of the applicant(s) with full one-time (non-refundable) payment. NTUC member will NOT be issued any DeClassic Card as their NTUC Card will be doubling up as DeClassic Card.

| 3. |
DeClassic Card must be collected within one month of application; receipt will only be valid for one month from date of application. |

|
| 4. |
DeClassic Card is non-refundable and its privileges are non-transferable. |
| |
|
| 5. |
DeClassic Card / NTUC Card must be produced to enjoy all its full benefits + rewards or to be qualified for any promotional events/contests. Identification card may be requested for verification purpose. |

| 6. |
The Management reserves the right to reject an application, and to terminate a membership without refund, in the event of non-compliance of the terms and conditions. |

| 7. |
Any lost or damaged card must be reported immediately. A $5 replacement fee per DeClassic Card will be imposed. Please contact our DeCard Booth at Downtown East for a replacement card. Or email us at: decard@downtowneast.com.sg. |

The privileges and discounts of DeClassic Card are governed by the terms and conditions set by NTUC Club and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice and at the discretion of the Management. |
