DeCard membership will commence immediately upon successful payment.

DeCard will be issued upon submission of photo(s) and complete particulars of the applicant(s). Photo(s) can also be taken for free at DeCard Booth.

DeCard must be collected within one month of application; receipt will only be valid for one month from date of application. |

| 4. |
DeCard is non-refundable and its privileges are non-transferable. |
| |
|
| 5. |
DeCard must be produced prior to admission to the theme parks, or upon booking and checking-in to any of the rooms. Identification card may be requested for verification purpose. |

| 6. |
The Management reserves the right to reject an application, and to terminate a membership without refund, in the event of non-compliance of the terms and conditions. |

| 7. |
Any lost or damaged card must be reported immediately. A $10 replacement fee per DeCard will be imposed. Please contact our DeCard Booth at Downtown East for a replacement card. Or email us at: decard@downtowneast.com.sg. However, cash value and FunPoints on the lost card will not be replaced. |

| 9. |
Admission to Wild Wild Wet and Escape Theme Park is subject to the Parks’ safety regulations and Parks’ rules and regulations. |

Booking of rooms at Costa Sands Resort is subject to the Resort’s rules and regulations. |

| 11. |
All lost vouchers will not be replaced and no extension of validity for expired vouchers will be allowed.
|
| 12. |
The privileges and discounts of DeCard are governed by the terms and conditions set by NTUC Club and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice and at the discretion of the Management. |
