Membership Terms and Conditions

1.	DeCard membership will commence immediately upon successful payment.

2.	DeCard will be issued upon submission of photo(s). Photo(s) can also be taken for free at DeCard Booth.

3.	DeCard must be collected within one month of application; receipt will only be valid for one month from date of application.

4.	DeCard is non-refundable and its privileges are non-transferable.

5.	DeCard must be produced prior to admission to the theme parks, or upon booking and checking-in to any of the chalets. Identification card may be requested for verification purpose.

6.	The privileges and discounts of DeCard are governed by the terms and conditions set by NTUC Club and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice and at the discretion of the Management.

7.	The Management reserves the right to reject an application, and to terminate a membership without refund, in the event of non-compliance of the terms and conditions.

8.	Any lost or damaged card must be reported immediately. Please contact our DeCard Booth at Downtown East for a replacement card. Or email us at: decard@downtowneast.com.sg. However, cash value and FunPoints on the lost card will not be replaced.

9.	A $10 replacement fee per DeCard will be imposed.

10.	To update your personal particulars, please visit DeCard Booth or email us at decard@downtowneast.com.sg.

11.	Please be informed that the existing cash value and FunPoints from your existing membership cards (DeCard) and funkey! can only be transferred onto one DeCard and this must be done before the first top-up.

12.	Admission to Wild Wild Wet and Escape Theme Park is subject to the Parks’ safety regulations and Parks’ rules and regulations.

13.	Booking of chalet at Costa Sands Resort is subject to the Resort’s rules and regulations.

14.	All lost vouchers will not be replaced.
15.	Use of DeCard signifies the acceptance of the terms and conditions of DeCard and funkey! (please refer to www.ntucclub.com).

Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are
advised to read the terms and conditions carefully."

Terms and Conditions for online purchase of gift voucher

1.	Receipt or email notification must be presented upon collection of voucher(s).

2.	Issuance of voucher will only be made upon successful payment.

3.	For online purchase, the buyer can collect the voucher(s) at DeCard Booth (Opposite Watsons) 2 days after the date of purchase.

4.	Recipient of the gift can present (i) the email notification or (ii) receipt or (iii) original gift voucher for immediate redemption of DeCard.

5.	DeCard will be issued upon submission of photo(s) and complete particulars of the applicant(s).

6.	Voucher is valid for three months from the date of purchase; for example: Date of purchase: 15 February 2007, Expiry date: 14 May 2007

7.	Voucher purchased is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

8.	Lost vouchers will not be replaced and no extension of validity for expired vouchers will be allowed.
