Every $20 spent (by DeCard & DeClassic members) will earn them ONE chance for the Draw to win a $80 DE voucher. The more they spent the more chances they will earn. 
All they have to do is to present their receipt/s to the DeCard Booth for their spending to be captured by the system.



Terms & Conditions

• DE Bi-monthly Draw promotion period is from 1 March – 30 April 2010.
• Draw will be held (electronically – by system) on 1 May 2010, Saturday.
• Winner will be notified on 15 May 2010, Saturday.
• DeCard/DeClassic members that redeems for the SURE WIN Instant dips/Ang  Bao with their receipts will automatically have their spending captured in the system
• Every $20 = ONE CHANCE (for the Draw). There is no limit on the number of times DeCard/DeClassic member can join in this promotion, cumulative spending is allowed. But receipts can only be tied to a single member.
• Only Receipts from the actual day of purchase & one day after the day of purchase will be accepted for the lucky draw.
• Original receipts must be from the participating tenants of Downtown East ONLY.
• AXS/SAM/Cashcard/Zone-X Top-up receipts are not applicable
• Receipts from the D’ Marquee or D’ Tent warehouse sales are NOT valid. Management reserves the right to reject any receipts which are deemed NOT valid for the promotion.
• Winner will be notified by post/email. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence on the decision will be entertained.
• Prizes are strictly non-exchangeable
• The Management of Downtown East reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notification
