New Clubbers that signed up / Existing Clubbers who update their database during the period from 27 Oct 2005 to 31 Jan 2006 will be qualified for the Lucky Draw. |

All compulsory fields in the Clubbers’ Demographics must be filled up to qualify. |

A clubber will have one entry for the draw, regardless of the number of updates. |
| 4. |
The draw will be done on 13 Feb 2006, 3pm at NTUC Club. |

Results of draw will be posted on website www.downtowneast.com.sg |
| 6. |
The winner will be notified by post |
| 7. |
The winner will need to collect the prize in person and produce NRIC for verification |

Prize must be claimed within 1 month from draw date |
| 9. |
Unclaimed prize will be donated to charity |
| 10. |
Prize is not exchangeable for cash |

Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained |
