• 4 hour usage of Pillar-Free function room Aster 1&2 as the main venue for event day (either slot of 11am – 3pm or 6pm – 10pm), timing inclusive of setup and teardown
• Setup of venue - 1 day before event day is subject to availability and limited to 2 hours only at no charge
• Maximum of 10 round tables with choice of table linen
• Maximum of 50 banquet chairs
• Provision of 12ft x 8ft stage platform for the Pelamin (Dias)
• Provision of Reception, Bridal & Berkat tables with covers 
• Provision of table with cover for Wedding Cake
• Provision of PA system throughout the event with 2 wireless microphones
• Provision of 1 technician to assist during event
• Complimentary use of 2 LCD projectors and screens                      
• Usage of Kitchen/Pantry for washing of tableware and heating of food only
• Setting up and clearing of tables and chairs before and after event
• Cleaning (housekeeping) of venue before and after event except Kitchen/Pantry
• 10 complimentary car park tickets (single exit - applicable for both open air and multi storey car park)       

Terms & Conditions

• Offer is available for a limited period and number of bookings
• Full rental payment (non-refundable) is required to secure the booking at the promotional price
• Deposit is not transferable or exchangeable for other type of event
• Valid for event dates till 31 March 2021 (no extension of date is allowed)
• No rebate/refund for any unused function room
• Not valid with other special promotions/offer
• Above rental does not include charges for implementing covid-19 measures  (eg; safe entry, temperature taking, health declaration, safe distancing, masks, gloves, etc)
