Terms and Conditions for MUCE Facebook Giveaway

• Open to all Singapore residents.
• MUCE reserves the right to refuse any entry which contains inappropriate content.
• MUCE reserves the right to terminate the Contest or to modify the Contest rules and Terms prior to the Closing Date by amending the rules and Terms hereof at its sole and absolute discretion. Any such modifications shall be notified via the Contest Website or MUCE Facebook page, and such modifications shall be immediately effective and apply to all entries, including entries that have been submitted to MUCE.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and exchangeable for cash or any other prize items.
• MUCE reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on air indicating that person was the winner.
• All prizes must be picked up at our office during these hours only (Mon-Fri: 9am – 11.30am, 2pm – 5.30pm, excluding Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) unless otherwise stated by the organiser. Details will be sent via email.
• There will be strictly no mailing of prizes.
• Winners should bring the proof of collection sent by MUCE (email / FB message) and IC to verify for the winning entries.
• Prizes must be collected within 2 weeks of notification. Any prizes collected after 2 weeks will be forfeited.

For Function room Giveaway:

• Please note that these terms and conditions for booking of function are not applicable during the following blackout dates: public holidays, school holidays, and any other dates deemed unsuitable by MUCE.
• In the event that the desired function room is not available on the requested date, MUCE reserves the right to change the date of the booking.
