• No issuance and redemption of LinkPoints for this promotion.
• Day Passes issued are only valid on the date of purchase, with unlimited access to Wild Wild Wet rides and inflatable obstacle course during the operating hours.
• Day Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash & cannot be resold.
• Park may be closed for corporate/ private events and there will be no sales of Day Pass and admission.
• Wild Wild Wet reserves the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Spend & Redeem

• Promotion period: From 24 May 2024 onwards, while stocks last.
• Redemption Hours: 10.00am to 9.30pm at E!Avenue Level 2 Info Counter.
• Present same-day original receipt (max. 2 combined receipts) amounting to NTUC Members: $60 ($120 including NTUC FairPrice), Link Members: $80 ($160 including NTUC FairPrice) or above at Market Square @ Downtown East to redeem 1 x Glow Coast Carnival Play Card (worth $12)
• Redemption must be made on the same day as purchase and is limited to one redemption per shopper per item per campaign, regardless of amount spent.
• Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discounts, and vouchers.
• Receipt(s) from temporary atrium fairs / roadshows / pushcarts, Aranda Country Club, D’Resort, AXS, SAM, Singapore Pools, vouchers purchase and cards top-up are not valid. The Management reserves the right to reject any receipts deemed not valid for the promotion.
• Tenants are not allowed to use their own outlet’s receipts for redemption.
• Redemptions are on first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All redemptions are nonreturnable and non-exchangeable for cash or other gifts.
• By participating in this promotion, participants irrevocably and unconditionally grants NTUC Club all consent and waivers necessary for his/her name, likeness, photographs and particulars to be used for publicity, marketing and advertising purposes without limitation in any manner.

Guess The Total No. Of Different Characters Every 2 Weeks

• This contest (“Contest”) is organised by Downtown East.
• To qualify as a valid entry, you are required to visit Downtown East Event Square to count the number of identified character every 2 weeks and submit your guess and particulars online. 
• Contest entries will cease on: Round 1 by 12 June 2024 at 2359hrs, Round 2 by 26 June 2024 at 2359hrs and Round 3 by 10 July 2024 at 2359hrs. 
• 3 winners will win D'Resort 3D2N Stay (Subject to room availability), Wild Wild Wet 2x Adult and 2x Child Day Passes and Carnival Play Card. Individual prize terms apply and there will be no extension of validity period. 
• Winners must be 18 years old or above, except employees of NTUC Club and family.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person.
• In the event that prize winners fail to respond to any notification from Downtown East in relation to the prize won (over a 7-day period), that winner’s claim to the prize will be forfeited. Subsequent winner(s) will be determined and notified.
• The Management reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
• The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the draws shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
