Halloween has arrived at Downtown East and October is filled with excitement! In collaboration with BYKidO, look forward to free Halloween-themed activities that will have the whole family playing, exploring and getting into the festive spirit every weekend throughout the month! 

Stamp Up Spook-tacular Fun 

Start by picking up your trail card at the E!Avenue Level 2 Information Counter, then set off around Downtown East to look out for participating stores marked with our pumpkin identifiers. Spot one? That means a spooky activity awaits! 

Take part in the interactive activities and collect stamps on your trail card along the way. Complete at least three activities and redeem a Trick-or-Treat Bucket at the E!Avenue Level 2 Information Counter. This bucket will come in handy during the Grand Finale.

The Grand Finale - 31 October 2026, 5pm - 9pm

The month-long Halloween fun comes to a thrilling finish on 31 October! Come dressed for the occasion, bring along your Trick-or-Treat Bucket and get ready for an evening of treats and plenty of photo-worthy moments!

What’s Halloween without a little trick-or-treating? Choose how you want to join the fun! Go free and easy as you make your way around participating stores to collect goodies or sign up for our guided trail, which will take you on a group walk before wrapping up with a group photo to remember the day by.

Best Dressed Costume Contest 

Halloween is the time to let your imagination shine, and our Grand Finale’s Best Dressed Contest is the perfect occasion to show off! Don your spookiest, silliest or most creative Halloween getup and stand a chance to win up to $500 NTUC Club vouchers!

Taking things up a notch, participating stores will be dressing up their storefronts too! Capture snapshots as they compete for the title of Best Dressed Store!   

Let’s make this Halloween one for the BOO-ks! Round up the family and head down to Downtown East this October for a bewitching experience that’s all about learning, playing and connecting together!

  • Limited slots are available for the guided trail on 31 October 2026.
  • NTUC Club Vouchers are valid 3 months from date of issue.

  • No refund will be given if the value of the voucher(s) exceeds the total bill amount.
